Ask customers to send their order in one message with three details:
- Item: the product name as it appears on your store.

Once the order arrives, repeat it back in a single reply: every item with its color or size and quantity. For example: "Confirmed: 3 x Acrylic paint 75ml, cadmium red and 2 x Round brush, size 6. Thank you!" If a color is unclear, ask about it in that same message. The customer sees exactly what you understood, and you have a written record of the order.
