Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Link Mahal as a merchant or visitor. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. About Link Mahal
Link Mahal provides hosted storefront pages, merchant dashboards, and tools that help sellers take structured orders through WhatsApp and related channels. We charge flat subscription fees for platform access. We do not take a commission on your product sales unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Merchant accounts
You must provide accurate business and contact information during registration and onboarding. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or pose a risk to customers or other merchants.
3. Your store & content
You retain ownership of your product listings, images, prices, and store content. You grant Link Mahal a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate your storefront and related services.
You are solely responsible for what you sell, how you fulfill orders, customer service, taxes, and compliance with local laws (including food, health, and consumer protection rules where applicable).
4. Acceptable use
- No illegal products, scams, hate speech, or misleading listings.
- No attempts to bypass plan limits, security controls, or billing.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of platform infrastructure.
- Respect customer privacy and only use order data for legitimate fulfillment and support.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select (monthly or yearly unless otherwise shown at checkout). Prices and plan features are described on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where we explicitly approve a refund in writing. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period unless your account is suspended for policy violations.
Manual payment review flows (bank transfer, etc.) must be completed within the timeframe shown in onboarding. Unpaid or rejected subscriptions may limit storefront publishing or dashboard access.
6. WhatsApp & third-party services
Orders are often completed through WhatsApp or other third-party apps outside Link Mahal's control. We are not responsible for WhatsApp outages, message delivery, or payment arrangements you make directly with customers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
7. Platform availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, hosting issues, or force majeure may cause temporary downtime. We may update features, interfaces, or supported integrations over time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Mahal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Link Mahal in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
