Delete your Link Mahal account
Merchants can permanently delete their Link Mahal account and associated store data. Use this page for Google Play account-deletion requirements and self-service steps.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your Link Mahal merchant account.
- Open Dashboard โ Account (or Account settings in the merchant app).
- Scroll to Delete account, type your email, enter your password, and confirm.
- You will be signed out immediately. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your merchant user profile (name, email, phone, password, roles).
- All stores you own, including products, categories, banners, coupons, QR settings, and uploads tied to those stores.
- Orders and customer checkout data associated with your stores.
- App / API login tokens and โremember meโ sessions for your account.
Deletion is permanent. We do not keep a recoverable copy of your account for reactivation.
Retention after deletion
Some records may remain briefly in encrypted backups or server logs for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, then age out on our normal backup schedule. Aggregated analytics that do not identify you may be retained. Payment or tax records we are legally required to keep (if any) are retained only as required by law.
